OUR STORY
The Varga family migrated to Houston, Texas in the 1800s and they brought with them many skills. They left their beautiful lands in Hungary to start a new life in the United States. The Varga family is well known for being crafty with their hands and when they established themselves in the state of Texas they flourished by their leather making trade. Dodie Varga is a descendant of this lovely heritage and is blessed with crafty hands and an eye for beauty. While Dodie has many talents, such as oil painting, illustrating and book design, she is now enjoying bringing to the world handcrafted jewelry. Varga Designs, LLC allows Dodie to be creative and at the same time she is putting smiles on hundreds of people's faces, smiling herself along the journey she has decided to take.
